  My last experience here was pleasant for the most part. Service was on par. Very friendly. Prompt. I ordered the veggie burger and fries. The burger was very tasty as well as the sauce they put on it. The bun was a little dry and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out a while. I didn’t complain as it wasn’t a huge deal to me. The memorable part was the dessert. I had the chocolate explosion cake. SO GOOD. I’ve ordered this a few times and am never disappointed. I would go back just for that.

  i used to love boston pizza… but unfortunately this location has turned us right off. i used to try and convince my husband to come with me because i liked the cactus cut potatoes, but now the poor serving and soggy starter isn’t even worth it. the last straw was when we went in just to grab a beer and we were not even acknowledged for 25 MINUTES. i can’t believe we lasted that long- but clearly we were having a good conversation… the worst part was the server and bartender were chatting at the bar counter. the girl came and took a payment to the table beside us and STILL did not even say a word. it’s not like the restaurant was busy…tooooo bad! way better options down south.don’t waste your time people- you will be disappointed.

  Not going to recommend this place. Delivery took ages. Also got a voucher online and app wouldn’t work so I had to call. The person said tough luck pretty much and said there was no such voucher although there was.

  An hour and a half for delivery. Seriously??? Took 2 1/2 hours!!! Food was terrible. Manager was a cocky jerk!!! This was terrible18 May, 2015An hour and a half for delivery. Seriously?????

  This place is terrible. Sat in the lounge last night. The server said she was off duty so we waited for the bartender to serve us, which he was terrible at. Then a group of guys walked in and sat beside us and the original server that said she was off duty served them. Meh not a big deal, except that the bartender was terrible. He was rude, we had to tell him how to make drinks, and he only came by three times im the hour and a half we were there. Not that bps cares, because the manager was more concerned with sitting at the bar with the waaaay over served regulars.

  Staff seats. Been here a few times solo looking to watch the game with drinks and dinner. Being solo, I like to sit at the bar, not possible here. The bar itself seems to be reserved for staff. Theyve occupied all the seats every time I try this bp s (plus 5 times now). I’ve never seen a bar let it’s off work staff take up the best seats. Weird. Not to worry, lots of pubs in the area.

  Poorservice. Poor service is top of the menu here. If you like poorservice then this is the place to come.26 Oct, 2014Service is non existent. Total joke. Once seated and served with food no one one asked how the food was or checked back this was despite servers walking every few seconds. We finished our drinks and no one asked us for a refill. We moved the glasses over to the edge of the table in the hope someone might see. Nothing. We even stacked the glasses on top of each other to make it even more obvious…. Over 30 minutes went by before the server actually noticed…. Even the manager walked past a few times. Even though she’s very short in stature I’m sure she must have noticed. Come on guys how could you let standards slip so low? **Area managers please take note, this location seriously needs your attention.**This team is letting you down.
