Very good takeout meal and they were very respectful and conscious of my peanut allergy when preparing the food, which is always appreciated. Thanks!
I stopped in early and ate in the restaurant. It’s small but clean and presentable. My service was great, especially for this type of take-out based restaurant. I had the pork springrolls (1) and one of the Chef’s Specials (56) which was a broth-based mixed of shrimp wontons, Crabstick (their word, not mine) BBQ pork, veggies and noodles. To my taste, the broth was perfect – hitting the mark between bland and too salty. All the ingredients looked fresh and weren’t overcooked. The pork was lean and tender. The crabmeat was also good. The springrolls were tasty, and at 4 for $6 they make a nice appetizer. About the only downside? They don’t do credit cards. Debit and cash only.
We were here last Friday night. They advised we would have a long wait which we understood. What we did not understand was the low quality of food after the lengthy wait. Every single dish was stone cold. Used to be consistently good. This was second bad visit in a row. We won’t be back
We got take out from this place and really can’t fault anything. We didn’t eat inside the restaurant, so we are unable to comment on their service. However, the food here was really well done. Our spring rolls had quite a lot of flavour. We both ordered vermicelli noodle dishes that were spot on. They didn’t skimp out on the meat either. If you’re looking to skip the dishes, we would recommend this place.
Best beef satay pho and peanut sauce I’ve had so far! Been looking for comparable but no luck! Fast service! Have been here 10xs approximately and always happy!
