Ice Cream Good Service Bad. We wanted so ice cream so my boyfriend and I went there on Saturday evening about an hour before they closed. When we went in, a young man and his daughter were standing at the till waiting to purchase something for Mothers Day Sunday. There was a young girl sweeping in the back near the ice cream selection and no other employees. She ignored both of us and the man at the till for a good 5 min. It was awkward because she did look up at us a few times. I then asked if we could get some ice cream. I asked for one scoop of chocolate and one scoop of maple walnut. I received 2 scoops chocolate. We stopped her before she started to prepare the 2 scoops of maple walnut in a new cone as my boyfriend wanted completely different flavours. We went up to the till and insisted the man and his daughter (who had been waiting a while without being acknowledged) pay before us. The girl put in our order instead of his purchase so we had to pay before him. I felt bad. It was obvious this girl wanted to just go home, but she could of provided better customer service.
