I’ve been there 4 times and each time it’s been really good. The food is really tasty and NOT greasy, and the atmosphere is awesome. I feel like I can literally eat 100 orders of their garlic nann bread. Only complaint is I feel the portions are a bit smaller compared to other Indian restaurants.
Food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere and decor are really nice. However, our server was quite rude and inattentive. It took forever to get drinks and cutlery and she didn’t bother to ask how anything was or If we needed anything else once. There was also a couple mixups with the food just receiving the wrong rice and the meat being mixed up in two of the dishes but we were unable to let her know because we couldn’t flag her down and she didn’t come over.
Karma never fails to satisfy. Top quality Indian food that always hits the spot. Its a smaller restaurant so make sure you either make a reservation or get there early. They offer a solid menu but make sure you get their paneer pakora as it is stellar. Service had always been quite good in the few times I have been here and the fact they keep the food on warmers is a nice touch. All in all a great place to eat.
This place is yummy! Went for my sister’s birthday as my family are big on Indian food. The place was nicely decorated and had a relaxed atmosphere. Our server was attentive. Food had the right spice level that we were looking for. I would say that they have more spice than other Indian restaurants around Calgary. The lamb and coconut chicken curry were tender and delicious. Would definitely return!
While this is not my favorite Indian restaurant in the city, it is definitely good. The staff are friendly in person and on the phone and the food has always been consistent. I usually order butter chicken since I’m boring that way, but it never fails for me and always tastes hearty and creamy. We both enjoy Indian food and it’s convenient that this place is so close to us.
I come here often the service is always quite good and the atmosphere of the restaurant is inviting. I have never been disappointed with the flavour of the food however the food seems to be on the pricer side for what you are getting. As someone who doesn’t eat meat for the most part I would absolutely recommend the Palak Paneer or the Eggplant Bharta.Karma is also really great for takeout, the food is always ready in a very timely manner!
