Entire staff including managers are dense and incompetent of putting the correct order in your bag, not one time I’ve been to this McDonald’s have I gotten everything I’ve paid for. The average drive through wait time is upwards of 20 minutes and ice cream machines are always ‘out of order’. Honestly this restaurant is a joke and I advise everyone to avoid it, a one star review is extremely generous, no idea how they managed to stay open. I recommend taking the extra 5 minutes to drive to Douglas Glen McDonald’s. Boycott this garbage establishment

Slowest service inside and drive thru – been stuck in the drive thru many times. One late night I was stuck in the drive thru sooo long that once it was my turn at the pay/pick up window (the only chance to get out of the drive thru) I just left without my order. This location is so close to my house -> I don’t drive out of my way to go to another Mc Donald’s therefore Mc Donald’s just doesn’t get my business at all anymore (unless I’m in the vicinity of another location.)I never get fries anymore at any McDonald’s – haven’t had delicious Golden Arches frills in over a decade. They are just too disappointing now
Indoor PlayPlace 🙂 I think all locations of McDonald’s should have an indoor PlayPlace because a lot of people and I love McDonald’s PlayPlaces. Most locations of McDonald’s do have an indoor PlayPlace now a days. Most McDonald’s PlayPlaces are indoor have the bouncing up and down letters in their sign which a lot of people and I love, cool, colorful, and modern now a days. Most modern locations of McDonald’s do have a PlayPlace. Most McDonald’s buildings without a PlayPlace are getting an indoor PlayPlace added. Indoor McDonald’s PlayPlaces are more cleaner, safe, and modern than the outdoor ones. Indoor McDonald’s PlayPlaces have more cool stuff like basketball, video games and air hockey while the outdoor ones only have the play equipment. All McDonald’s buildings with an indoor PlayPlace are the best McDonald’s buildings in the world so there for I think all McDonald’s buildings should have an indoor PlayPlace so kids can play at McDonald’s during severe wheather, and hot wheather indoor safe and sound. Indoor PlayPlaces are my most favorite part of McDonald’s buildings. Most people and I love indoor McDonald’s PlayPlaces because indoor McDonald’s PlayPlaces are more clean, safe, and modern than the outdoor ones. The indoor McDonald’s PlayPlaces are very popular, common, cool, and modern.

Believe it or not 4 out of 5 visits they messed up my order. One morning took 30 min to take our order and finally get served with only 3 people in line in front of me.
Worst McDonald in the world. Another reviewer said the same thing. I used to go there every morning. No More. They always get my order wrong, every single time. And extremely poor customer service. The burritos are usually old and dry. Not even close to McDonald’s standard. Avoid this one to elliminate having a bad day.
