Terrible. We normally loved pizza hut but this particular location seems to screw up every time we order. Last time we asked for easy on the sauce and I guess they think easy on the sauce means no sauce. Also the super supreme did not have all the topping on it that were suppose to be on it. You can imagine how this tasted or should I say didn’t taste! Anyway seems they just don’t care. What a waste of money and a disappointment every time we order. Not one good thing that I can think of to say about this location of pizza hut!
Horrible horrible horrible! I actually ordered a pizza and they just didn’t deliver it!!! Who does that!! Waited an hour, called back…. And closed. NEVER AGAIN!
I don’t know if Pizza Hut has just gone really downhill or it’s just this location but there are to many other pizza places to ever consider this place again
This location was horrible. Order two Canadian calzones and both were burnt on the top and barely any toppings inside. Not only was the food disappointing but so was the customer service. Won’t be going back there again.
130th ave pizza hut, Worst pizza ever!!! I am a huge fan of pizza hut but this location is brutal! I recently moved down here and was forced to order from here, first time was terrible but gave them the benifit of the doubt and tried it again today, big mistake it was worse than last time! You would think a chain restaurantwould have cconsistency but apparently not because this tastes like absolute garbage! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
This place is horrible! We ordered a pizza online like we had many times before, but after an hour it still hadn’t arrived. We called and they told us they had no record of it. We gave them our order number and they found it, but claimed it was for pickup even though it was for delivery. The manager was rude and didn’t care at all so we said keep the pizza and we will never be giving them our business again.
This place sucks. Ordered 2 pizzas, wings and cinnimon sticks. Got there and saw 6 others get their food. Paid already and was told they forgot to ring my order thru. This was after 10 min. Another 20 min of waiting. For pizzas and wings. They apparently made the cinnimon sticks but sent it for delivery to someone else. Got 10% discount and then refunded cinnimon sticks and got out of there half hour after first getting there. The teenagers working there along with useless manager have no clue on how to run this place. Will not return
