We have gave this location a couple of chances but they always greatly disappoint. The last visit we took the kids with us. The service from the waitress was absolutelyhorrid. Not sure what her problem was but the attitude coming from herwas unreal. If we didn’t have our kids there we would have got up and left right then and there. Unfortunately the kidswere extremely hungry so we put up with it. The kid meals came out first and they seemed to enjoy it. We enjoyed watching them eat itas we had nothing else to do because ourmeal didn’t come out until they were done theirs. After 50mins of no food and the kids sitting with empty platesmy gf asked what the hold up was with both of our orders. They had no realexplanation and when theorder finallycametheywere completelywrong. We sent them back asking for nothing else in return, just the manager. We explained everything to the manager (horrible service, crazy wait time, wrong order) and even after what we thought was a very bad experience. She still brought us a bill for the kid meals and our drinks. Ok, I paid it begrudgingly and we walked out never to return.
Worst ever. Service sucked the food sucked. we just moved here from country hills and the rickys there is amazing. so we figured down here would be the same. came in with my wife and my daughter and her friend. there was only people sitting at one table witch we thought was odd for a sat night but with it being easter we thought that was it. i wanted to try the prime rib weekend special thats the only reason we came here. we ordered are drinks witch was just water and cokes ordered are meals and it went down from there. not only did she not refill are drinks but it took an hour to get are food. they kept going back to the kitchen and farting around with each other and the cook. when the meal finally came i was in shock. for 30$ prime rib hahahahahahahaha it looked like they nuked it lol. it was so tough and grey looking lol i mean to even brig it out was insulting witch told me how stupid they were. she even said thats not medium rare and i thought they why bring it out. i sent it back then we started going over every one’s meal wifes was cold daughters was all cold and here ribs were tough. i worked at the keg i worked at moxies and chillis and and must say this place wont be open long if this keeps going. even the people that came in after us left. when the waitress finally came back i said i am not paying for the food just give us the bill for the 2 cokes and we will go. hahahahahahaha she says let me see wat i can do leaves and doesnt come back. my wife wanted to wait but since we never saw them because they were hiding in the back i said lets just leave they wont even notice. went to pizza hut instead. good pizza. long story short horrible experiance that will have it were we never eat at the place we used to love. humptys it is i guess.
Closed? ?. Not sure what goes on here, but my kids like to eat here and I find it closed or understaffed more often than not. We were told on father’s day that we should go elsewhere if we wanted to eat as they were not staffed….if you can’t operate. …close already and let someone else in….
Burnt toast, raw eggs, sausage tastes like weird dried out hot dogs and there was a pea in my hollandaise. What more can I say? I will not be returning… Ever.
Horrible Service. This morning, I went to Rickys on 130th, and the service was LESS than to be desired. When I walked in, there were 2 different hostesses both chatting with each other about a customer’s order. That should have been the first clue. After clearing my throat a couple times, they finally noticed me and offered me a seat. I didnt mind sitting right next to the kitchen, perhaps I would get hot food. Instead, the breakfast sausages on my plate (I ordered the Waffle Big Breakfast) were tough and dried out. The loaded hashbrowns were burnt on top, and not very ‘loaded’. When I finished, I counted the 4 or 5 servers walk past my table and plate pushed away for about 10 minutes before someone stopped and asked if I was finished. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Server. I had the most amazing server ! I believe his name was Brock and he did such and amazing job ! So jappy
Went to The new location in seton and holy crap it was terrible. First off, they’ve been open for almost a month, and they still don’t have alcohol to serve. What kind of idiots don’t get a liquor license before they open? Anyways, I went there today for breakfast and was seated which was fine. The server we had was like a robot with no people skills, or any type of personality at all. Her name was Stacy, she was probably the worst server I’ve ever had in my entire life. Not only way she impersonal, and sloppy, not only does she sound like she is reading off of the script, rather than talking like a normal waitress, but she probably had the worst most foul smelling breath I’ve ever had to suffer through. If that is what they hire for staff there, I will have to find somewhere else to go.
