Found that the staff are great here, and obviously will make what you customize your burger to be. I did find the pricing was a little high, based on the cost of a normal restaurant as opposed to this hybrid. It is part restaurant, part fast food. They boast no drive through and not really fast food. I don’t know if I’d come back unless there were less options maybe? Their poutine was okay. Just didn’t feel like anything unique in terms of their offering.
Love this place. Amazing chicken burgers and the NY fries are always delicious. People who say it is expensive compare it to McDonald’s when you can’t compare them. Compared to Fatburger and other places that are actually similar, I find it is always cheaper and far better. Have seen the same staff there since I first started going and they have always been great!
Have been to this one as well as the one in cross iron mills. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Like the idea of putting your own toppings on burgers. Got the chicken and it was juicy and cooked well. Not a fan of five guys. The toppings here are far better. A little expensive but that’s just not picking.
Place has potential! Great idea! Burger had that microwaved taste you get from fast food restaurants, low quality. Go to 5 guys and figure out how they do it. Combine the two, you’ll rock it.
I like the burgers specially my favourite TrueNorth together with Chocolate shake .i really love South St. Burger ,Also a nice and friendly staff.
Great place for lunch! The burgers are great quality. I feel like if you are going to get a burger get one that tastes like you made it at home. The service was fast and was pleasant. Ill be back.
Wow. A great burger and I can make it like I want with a ton of toppings. Shakes are great and at dinner I can have a beer. NYF fryies and onion rings are a nice side
