Terrible food and awful service. We went to this location for lunch on Saturday ,the place was empty so I figured we should be able to get a decent lunch pretty quick well I was mistaken, no one came to seat us for a good 5 min. When we can see two of them around corner chatting. Then our waitress came to get our order and honestly this young woman should not be in any kind of customer service , it took 30 min for our food to come we had to ask her for condiments , she didn’t come back to ask if our food was alright, our food was cold and fries was cold and old ,Caesar salad was soggy , it was so bad I wanted them return but my parents who are in their 80’s were both so very hungry already and just wanted to eat and go. Our waitress didn’t even bring us any finger water and had to call her to get our bill so we can get out of there. My parents who always love Swiss chalet now swear that they don’t want to ever come back and eat there. Stay away from this location.
Do not order delivery. Delivery guy rips you off, then restaurant says they will give you credit for next order. Turns out they lied about that. I got ripped off big time!!!
I ordered from this location and it arrived after about an hour and a half. Also my ribs were inedible. Pure fat. Not recommending this place.
Quality of the food is terrible. I am not sure what has happened to the quality of food at this restaurant.Have gone to this location since it opened – but in the last year the food quality is terrible.Went there On Jan 16th 2015 – placed pickup order – waited 35 minutes for the order to be ready.Had ordered the chicken warp and half chicken with extra baked potato.The container with the chicken wrap was at the bottom of the bag.When I got home – I opened the container with the wrap and all you could smell was burnt warp.The fries were cold.As you can see from the picture it was pretty burnt and it tasted burnt.This is the second time that a wrap I have bought has been burnt.I went out to Swiss Chalet’s website to complain and was hoping to be able to attach a picture of what we had been given – but instead all they have is a survey that you can fill out so that you get 50% off of your next appetizer. I will never go back to this location .. the management should be ashamed of themselves for the quality of the food that they are serving.
Gross. Only been to swiss chalet a few times in my life, and every time I go there I’m dissapointed. My most recent time I got the quarter chicken with ribs, the vegetables had no seasoning of any kind, the fries were soggy, the gravy is just that beef soup base and flour water, at least that’s what it tastes like, the chicken was dryer than saw dust but what really ruined it was the ribs, I got that piece that has all the little bits of cartilage, hardly any meat just mouthfuls of little bits of annoying cartilage that you almost choke on, I’ll never step inside of a Swiss chalet again, wouldn’t feed it to my dogs
This place is brutal.. the first time i came i had terrible service and the food was cold. i should have learned. the second trip was worse. same cold food and worse service. plus the cook kept scratching underneath his beard net. disgusting. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY…. AVOID!!!!
It’s Okay. Been here a few times and each visit is pure disappointment when it comes to customer service (very poor!). Food is okay. You can see the kitchen from the takeout counter and kitchen needs to be cleaned.
