Avoid this location at all costs (the quality of the food is atrocious) but don’t let it sway you from trying the Market Mall or Sundance locations. It’s like a completely different experience – the sandwiches at these 2 other locations are VERY good and are obviously run by different management.

Horrible!. The other day I went to Chachi’s in Chinook Centre and was unsatisfied with my meal. I have been there before and the quality of the sandwich I ordered was not as good as it usually is. Upset about spending $11 on a crappy sandwich I went back to ask the OWNER what she could do for me. Then came the worst customer service experience I have had in my LIFE! The owner argued with me for 10 minutes about what was wrong with the sandwich and would not listen to a word I was saying. She did not offer me any kind of better quality and after arguing I asked for my money back because of her attitude. She would not give me a refund. This sandwich bar is VERY skimpy, they have no idea what customer service is and I will never return there again. I suggest you don’t go.
