REVISIT: So I stand by what I said at the time. However it has changed. I had cravings for this place and it has let me down severely. Delivery time of over an hour when it’s only 5 minutes away. Standing waiting for someone to seat me for over 10 minutes. A pickup order, waiting getting cold, while the 2 girls sit there counting tips. The one even looked at me a couple times and ignored me. And management doesn’t care, their solution is to give me a free apitizer, while ignoring the real issue. Not sure if I’ll be back. WTF?. First off, reading these reviews, I’m curious how this location has reviews dating back before there was even buildings or roads there. No wonder people got bad, there was literally no restaraunt.Anyway, for the review of the BOX SPRINGS location: After visiting Medicine Hat’s other location I really didn’t want to come here. Well with low expectations I came in and was surprised. Great service from friendly staff. The food can be good or bad, but I guess that’s what happens when you order non-traditional things. It’s nothing against the quality, just some of the ideas. Food was always fresh and hot, never burned. The last time I was there it was packed, yet judging by the speed and the food, it’s like I was the only person. Pretty much the opposite of the other location in Medicine Hat. I will be back.
Wasnt happy at all. Not happy with food at all got a steak and it tasted like there grill had not been cleaned properly it was gross. my waitress was very nice but the food needed to step its game up

Not impressed, three times. First time, had pizza delivered. Not good. Actually quite horrible. Second time, tried pasta. Gross! Tried picking up the third attempt at pizza. Got it home. It was as horrible or even worse than a grocery store boxed pizza. Two pizzas for $50 I can never get back.Not impressed. Not impressed. Not impressed. It was horrible. Third time, thought I would puck up another tried pizza order. Got it home ($50 for two medium) and it was like a grocery store box pizza. Not impressed. Boston Pizza used to be so good. Not sure why the quality went right to the toilet as far as I’m concerned.
Boston pizza Redcliff. We order from there every week. . Haven’t had a problem. Food was ready in 20 minutes and they were polite. New location means they are training staff but we didn’t have an issue.
Horrible Food. Ordered pizza tonight from Boston Pizza and the cardboard box looked more appealing than the pizza and probably would have tasted better, very disappointing for 27.00.
Wrong Number. The number on the page is incorrect, it is 403-526-5551. Had to phone the other BP’s to get the right one (for which I had to sit on hold). No delivery, so had to pick it up, which is no biggie, just a pain. Probably cost less for me to drive there than it would to pay for delivery and tip but ZERO convenience. Food better be good.
