Food and service were good. This is the brides favourite spot when we come to Medicine Hat. She gets salad and either chicken or pizza. I get pizza or steak. It is always good.
Food is stellar. Presented in a very appealing way. Great for a dinner date. Waitresses are dressed to the nines and polite. Atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Their apps are great and their steak will not disappoint.
Not up to par. Green haired hobo hostess was cold and uninterested. Waitress snatched my wife’s food off the table without even asking if she was done. No conversation, nor personality. When we arrived we waited 5 minutes at the door wondering where the hostess even was. My wife even ventured into the restaraunt side to see if we were supposed to seat ourselves. Been going to Earl’s for 25 years now, that was a first. Food was ok, but my mushroom soup was luke warm.
