Great food, odd service. First experience, we walked in and the atmosphere was great! However, the manager i believe asked if we had a reservation, when we said no, just said ok and left. We watched her clean two side tables that were already clean and not being used for dining, and do a bunch of other random things before bringing us to a table as if meaning to send the message to make a reservation, dispite there only being two families in at the time. Everything was very short and really passive aggressive. We were very uncomfortable the whole time, but the food was good at least. Avoiding this place because its a lot of anxiety to deal with the woman, she could of been having a bad day but separate that from your work.
Food is Divine. Had dinner this evening with full family. Caesar salad was excellent and our pastas were absolutely fantastic.Gargonzola with pine nuts and basil, and cannelloni. Kids had authentic pizza which i had to taste.Desert was pumpkin pie and of course it was fantastic. Best fresh made pumpkin pie!Very quaint, eccentric spot, with very cool vibe.Add live music and it would be the best place in the world.Will definitely be back
Great Food. Went here a few days ago and it was amazing. I had the chicken parmesian great portion great flavour. A little more expensive then your average restaurants in town but worth every penny.
Ripped me off 30 dollars. Dinner for 2 ended up being over $100.00!
Terrible. Eat here once will never go back food is terrible and the staff has no clue what is in the food. Sorry I have allergies and need to know what I eat. When I told the manager this she told me to go somewhere else if I didn’t like it.
Disappointed!. Did not enjoy our time at From Scratch one bit. From the unprofessional service, strange owner to the mediocre food it was a travesty to the name ‘Italian Bistro’. Never again!
Thanks for some awesome food. I WILL be back to try some more of the menu.. I loved the taco’s just don’t lick the plate.. Thanks also to cute young woman with the BEAUTIFUL voice and the rest of the band..
