Service was decent,waitress was polite, food was horrible. Coffee tasted like tar. My children’s juice was watered down to the point of not being able to recognize what flavor it was. Ordered eggs over easy and the eggs that came out were extremely undercooked. The egg white was runny and raw. The bacon tasted about a week old. The pancakes tasted like a bad box batter that you just add water to. My kids got the silly face pancake and it was chocolate and they wouldn’t even eat it. The texture was just awful. As if this weren’t enough a plate come out with hair on it. The manager and supervisor waitress were extremely apologetic and offered a $20 gift card,but I declined as I have no intentions of returning. Not impressed. I will stick with Perkins as i have never had a bad meal in the 20+ times I’ve gone. Their food is phenomenal and service is always on point. I was highly disappointed by IHOP.
