Chef Rommel is a classically trained chef with almost 20 years' experience perfecting and honing his craft in several FIVE STAR resorts in the Philippines as well as obtaining his Chefs papers there. Chef Shawn is a Red Seal/Journeyperson Chef with 20 years' experience in the trade. Shawn started out as a breakfast cook, expanding his skill set to bar food, pizza, submarine sandwiches, and other fast food. Finally refining his skills in fine dining.
