Bad experience again today. Went in for lunch today with a friend. Were told to seat ourselves then waited forever for the waitress to bring us menus and take the drink order. When our food finally came, the naan bread on my butter chicken was so burned it was inedible and what’s really awful is the kitchen served it by placing the charred side down to hide it. Didn’t even get an apology when I sent it back. I guess if you’re not flirting with the waitresses, they’re not interested in you, she didn’t smile once and had zero personality. What’s up with the service in this town?
Jambalaya. Average, lots of shrimp and bacon, hard to find sausage or chicken, skimpy on the orzo
Mostly Good.. I have been several times with my husband for date night. While we love most of the main dishes (For me especially the grilled cheese burger) the appetizers have not impressed at all. We have not ordered one we were able to finish. DO NOT for all that you may find holy in this world order the calamari it is SO BAD. It has so much black pepper on it I was coughing and sneezing, it was all I could taste.Service is generally good, although I’m never a fan of waitresses in skirts so short you can tell if they shave their bakini lines…. It’s also quite loud in there but for a pub with sports on the TVs all the time I get it.
Beef is NOT Chicken. When I order a chicken burger I expect chicken!!! I did not want beef!!Fail is all I can say… We re-order my chicken burger and it was burnt… Wait staff are also just there for the tips…
Where is the captain?. Food and service is great but where is the captain morgan rum? Its the most popular drink in north america and Mexico. Its absurd that you dont offer it. You can get it anywhere but Original Joes. Well then I guess we are going to Earls
Went for dinner, service was pretty decent, waitress was friendly… Food arrived promptly and was terrific. The place is quite loud, wouldn’t suggest for an intimate meal but also wouldn’t hesitate to return for dinner. Took some time to pay but one of their debit machines were down so also understandable.
Awesome food, great service. We have always had awesome food and great service at Oj’s! The butter chicken is stellar as is the mud pie dessert. Any time we’ve ever had an issue with speed of service or a food preference, the staff and management have always made it right-they really know customer service!
