OJ’s is one of my go-to spots with my friends for lunch or dinner. Its laid back atmosphere is great, seating is comfy and spacious, menu has good value, and the service is always friendly.Of the critiques I could give, there are 2.1. The fish tacos are really not good. Normally, I would expect a pan fried filet of fish, but instead they serve a salmon patty in a disc. For the price, it really wasn’t worth it. 2. The last time I went, I ordered root beer, thinking I’d get refills just like any other place with pop. However, they actually gave me a bottle of root beer, that I’m assuming is like a specially made type? It tasted great! But, I think they charged per bottle (like actual beer), so I didn’t bother getting another one. A bit surprising at first, since every other restaurant just does pop refills like normal. So, if you’re expecting pop refills, I’d suggest asking first.Positive: Their burgers/sandwiches are REALLY good. I usually get the pulled pork sandwich with mashed potatoes and a salad, and it’s exactly what I want from a place like this. Really tasty all around, and at a good price too. I would recommend that, or the Kona burger as well.

I absolutely love the atmosphere. It’s cozy with a bar feeling while being a more classy sit down restaurant. They keep the lights dim so it gives off a more sexy private ambiance.
