It’s my favorite chain pizza place. Tons of selection. I’ve never had a pizza I didn’t like from here and I’ve tried many different varieties. Cooked perfect every time. Staff are always extremely polite and timely. I order online and get points and love that silly and simple incentive. Also get weekly deal emails as well.
BAD DAY I GUESS!!!. I had a Papa Johns pizza from here in the Hat on one other occasion and was MORE than pleased. I just ordered another an hour ago and it is the WORST I HAVE EVER had from anywhere.. I had Hawaiian and I am sure if I was to pick every TINY little piece of ham off I wouldn’t have had 2 THIN slices on the whole thing.. Crust SOGGY, just BAD BAD BAD. The only GOOD thing from the $25.00 experience was the driver was very friendly NEVER AGAIN 🙁
Great pizza, awesome customer service. I can’t say enough good things about this place. At the very least, their pizza is flavourful, fresh and reasonably priced (for what you get). However, it’s the employees there that elevate this place above the other chain pizza places here in Medicine Hat. Twice now, the staff have exhibited what I think is true customer service. The first time, I had screwed up an order using the mobile website, and accidentally ordered the pizza not how I wanted. When I got there to pick it up, the guy at the counter pointed out how it was ordered, and upon realizing my mistake, I offered to either pay to have it corrected, or even to buy a new pizza in addition to what they had made for me. The guy declined my offer, made me a second pizza (as he said he didn’t think the quality would be as good, simply correcting the first pizza), and didn’t charge me for the first pizza (even though it was obviously my fault). The new pizza was delicious, and they have secured me as a loyal customer. Very happy pizza fan here.
Best Pizza in Medicine Hat – can’t give this place enough thumbs up!!!. First tried Papa John’s while visiting the States and loved it!. When we got back to Medicine Hat, we ordered one and they didn’t disappoint. I have placed a few orders now and every one was fantastic!! And their staff is very pleasant, too, which you don’t see a lot of these days!
Favorite pizza in town!. Papa John’s is a family favorite of ours now. We love the taste and the freshness of the dough. They apparently make it fresh in store and the taste would seem to validate that. Their pizza sauce is my favorite in town. I love all the great online deals that you can get. It’s quite good value when you use their online coupons and order it online. My favorite promotion that they do is their Game Day promo where they use the highest Sunday night football score as the discount % the next day. We had pizza for up to 60% off!!
Great Pizza.. I found their Pizza was pretty good, comparable or even better then the other Pizza places where you can buy pizza by the slice. I already forgot what I paid for a slice, but it is very inexpensive.
