  It’s is horrible service at this Quiznos location. I got coupons from my mail. I thought I’ll give it a try. Stopped by with my 3 kids today, they said I only can use 1 coupon, I explained I have 3 kids, I need more than 1 sub. They said NO, you only can use 1 coupon that’s it. Coupon indicated that 1 coupon per customer per visit… My kids is not people!? They are not your customers!? KEEP SUBS FOR YOURSELF THEN… Not recommended

  EDIT TO ADD: I havent been back since, and dont miss it at all. Lazy.. I’ll start with the food. It’s OK. Somehow the food is cold, which I don’t understand. The meat is taken out of a heated pan, put in a double boiler to warm it up after measuring how much for each sub, and even toasted. So how the heck is it cold 30 seconds later? Seems to be more of a problem with the way they are told to do it, and not so much with this store.The service? We’ll there is none. The staff are constantly acting like they have better things to do. Standing in the back while other customers are at the counter because of a mistake. And still not coming out until 3 new customers come in. There’s usually a cell phone charging, sitting on the prep table. Seriously, you can’t even hide it? And more often than not someone’s talking on it.The store? We’ll one washroom is out of order, and it’s been like that for months. The tables are never clean- 2 customers, so why only one clean table? The menu looks shabby. Quite a few things blocked out. Or at least attempted to. White paper on the light up menu, so you can still clearly see what is under it. Food stickers on the plastic over their kids meal and soup signs, which, again looks shabby, and leaves very, very visible residue when they occasionally take it off. (Which seems like they only have some of that stuff one week a month.) I have never even seen more than 3 cut omer in there, including myself.The good; I still go back. Occasionally I have a craving for one specific menu item. And that item alone is why I continue buy thier food. Oh, and I always get it to go (I’m not sitting at dirty tables) so it’s cold by the time I eat it anyway.Do I recommend it? Nope.

  Frustrating. The food is fine, but the service is impossible. Can not understand what they are asking, and usually gets the order mixed up with lack of communication.
