Our first time here since Twist closed (sorry to see it go). The food was very good, but unfortunately the service was almost non-existent! The server was obviously very shy, as she would not ask my husband what he wanted to drink! She asked me what he wanted. After we received our drinks and food, she literally disappeared. She was obviously hiding in the back, because the only way we could get her attention was to ring the bell at the front counter. We wanted to order dessert, but since she never returned to our table or even to the front, we paid and left. The front person should not be hiding in the back-too easy for people to walk out without paying for one thing. We were there way to long, just trying to find her and get her to come to our table. Our drinks (water and wine) was never refreshed or even asked if we wanted it refreshed, more water would have been nice with the spicy food. Please train your server to attend to the front and not disappear all the time! We would like to try you again, but will need to allow a lot more time and not be too hungry when we arrive!
