Pretty decent. Quick meal at a great price. Just had the buffet and there was a good selection of both Chinese and American and the food was pretty good. I’d go again. Service was amazing. Never had an empty glass. Waiters were very attentive.
Sour Rubber. Getting good Chinese food in Medicine Hat is not possible. However, I can easily settle for some mall Chinese fast food once in a while. Today I was shopping with my family and decided to get some Chinese food at the mall. All the meat was cooked to a rubber like state. The rice was crunchy, as it was so over cooked. We could not cut any of the pieces of meat to give to our son and had to go elsewhere to feed him. The flavor of everything was so sour it felt like we just drank vinegar. Very very gross.
Raw Chicken!. I recently ate at the Sizzling Wok in Medicine Hat and would not recommend this restaurant. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, I bit into a piece of it and the chicken was completely raw. After explaining to the waitress that I would not be eating the dish, she took it away only for another waitress to appear arguing the fact that it was not actually raw but just cold.She continued to explain that there meats are pre-cooked and then flash fried before serving so there was no way it could have been raw as it had been cooked twice. If I had know that the food here was not in fact cooked fresh to order then I would never have wasted my time or money.My chicken was raw, cold, slimy and pink. I do not recommend the Sizzling Wok, both the food and service is abysmal.

Bourbon Pork!. I usually have a combo plate. The Bourbon Pork is pretty good. The rice is tasty,not too greasy. The portions are a good size. It is still a fast food joint but it is still better then some of the other places in the food court at the Medicine Hat Mall. I don’t know how healthy it is? The prices are cheap.
