Was closed down due to health violations, terrible service, and they didn’t make the rice fast enough so it would warm up the entire roll, making everything unpleasant.
Been there multiple times and haven’t had a great experience any of them! Not only are the staff rude but I ordered an ice cream after my meal, they accepted it, I waited 15 minutes before I asked them where it is, they said that they don’t have any. They didn’t let me know before they accepted the order! I ordered a Philadelphia roll and the salmon that was it in tasted like canned salmon. Not the right kind at all! I told them it seemed wrong and they said they changed the roll. and the deep fried ice cream has got so much batter on it that there’s only a toonie size ball of ice cream in the inside. They also avoid you once you order as if they just want you to pay and leave. They don’t ask how the food is and they do not fix anything they messed up.
Was NOT a fan of this restaurant. The restaurant itself is very nice. It has a very city feel to it. Classy. Wish I could say the same about the service and food. Huge letdown. Takes forever to get your order taken and made and the sushi was not great. Very salty. I have not dined inside the restaurant but ordered and took it to go, but I’ve heard absolutely horrid things about the owners and their treatment towards the patrons, particularly those with children. I will never return for that reason alone.
