Worst service I have ever endured. I travel globally and have never had the occasion to leave a warning for others to heed. I certainly will not recommend this place for casual dining. It could however be a gimmick restaurant for poor service. Our group left laughing at just how poorly our visit went. Everyone we spoke with said this was the place to go for authentic Alberta beef, well mine was cold and lackluster. Try other places folks. The grade of 1 was for the pleasantly comfortable seat.

Meh. I wasn’t impressed with my meal. Portions where decent. Waitress- well she brought us our food and the bill, that was it. No refills, didn’t even take our plates, but the manager is good, and friendly. They had a salad bar which was decent, but fake bacon bits? Even Wendy’s has real bacon bits. The food? Like I said, portions are decent. Taste was OK. Service was poor. Prices too high. I’d rather have gone to Boston Pizza. This is not a place I’d ever choose to go to, even if someone else is paying.
My mom and I had the pleasure of dining at the Beefeater Steak House last night! Our server, Jade, was wonderful. She attended to our needs, bringing us a taster of the delicious pino Grigio house wine and explaining the delicious specials of the evening. We sat next to what we thought was a fireplace but ended up being a grill where the chef cooks your steak, chicken or salmon! We never felt rushed by Jade and she allowed us to relax after our meal with our wine and chat. The wine and the meals were reasonably priced for the high quality we received! I recommend this restaurant to anyone passing by!

A Great Steak!. Nick, you and your team provided us with a great steak and friendly atmosphere…Our server Rosey was efficient and served our food in a timely manner. The prime rib was cooked to perfection, the steak neptune my wife said was to die for…what more can be said except thanks Nick for giving us a great meal to send off our daughters family…and them pickles well thats another story!!
Went to the beefeater for our anniversary. We were very dissapointed. Small slada bar with pre made pre packed items. You want fresh items at a nice steakhouse. Our meal was very unpleasant. Prime Rib house special. There was more fat then steak. There was so much gravy it was like a soup and it was very bland. The Yorkshire pudding was a floppy soggy mess. I don’t think we will be going to the Beefeater again 🙁
