We stopped in at the Cheesecake Caf to get some lunch as we wanted to try something a little bit different. When we walked in there was no host/hostess waiting to seat us so we awkwardly stood around for some time before being seated after approximately 5 minutes (there was no line up and plenty of open tables). After we were seated the server we had was disinterested and clearly did not want to be there or help us. I liked the choices on the menu and I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich which did taste good but took a long time to come out of the kitchen, as I stated before plenty of tables were open and it was not that busy. No refills were offered. All in all good food horrible service.
Poor service. Came here cause my daughter chose this restaurant for her birthday supper. After being seated, took another 20min for a waitress to take our drink orders. took sometime again to get our meals except my meal. No explanation was given to me after everyone’s meal was served. No one even came to offer to top up drinks. Very poor service….go to earls instead
