I’d seen some bad reviews online, and was worried.But if those were true, the issues have been fixed.The wife and I Went Thurs night, and were not disappointed.No long wait for a table; Excellent food, and good service.
Poor service on all three occasions we visited this restaurant which reflects on the management. The food is sub par at best. Some chains can actually put out good food but sadly, this is not one of them.
Horrible management. Had a terrible experience recently with extremely slow service even though the restaurant was half empty. The worst part was the manager (balding, middle aged man in a green shirt) stood around chatting with 4 staff sitting at a booth while one very hard working waitress ran her butt off. That manager couldn’t be bothered to help her run food, refill drinks, and empty tables sat dirty for over 20 minutes because that lazy guy couldn’t give her any help. We had awful service- I almost walked up to him and told him I needed a water refill because the waitress was too busy to get it after 10 minutes. It sickens me that this guy is the manager. Quit flirting with your staff and start doing your goddamn job! Maybe your restaurant wouldn’t be rated so low.
Disappointing. Tony’s in other cities usually have great food and service. Medicine Hat does not. My spouse loves ribs so we went to Tony’s for a very special dinner, which was ruined by poor service and disappointing food. Thanks for ruining what should have been a very happy occasion
Dissapointed. We were dissapointed with the fact that the gratuity was added onto our bill. My personal oppinion is that I tip according to the level of service that you receive and the other nine partrons at our table had the same opinion.The gratuity at our table was a total of approximatly $80.00 to $90.00 and as far as we were concerned the service was not deserving of that. My wife and I each had a drink,my wife had a caesar which was good and I had a Scotch on the rocks which was the biggest joke at the table. Everyone at the table said if that is an ounce in the bottom of that glass they would be very surprised and to charge $7.00 ??? We all agreed when it comes to choosing a resturant in the future Toni Roma’s will not be at the top of our list.Cliff mountstephen.
Honestly… A burger at McDonald’s is tastier and better value. When the waitress explains that the food was slow to arrive because they were short cooks it explains why the food was poorly cooked. We will not be back!!!!
