I started eating Sushi at this establishment a year ago. I have never went anywhere else since. This is the freshest most delicious sushi I’ve ever eaten. The atmosphere is cozy, wait time is extremely reasonable, great prices and I love that when I walk in they remember my usual order and ask if I’ll be having the same again this time. Fabulous service. Highly recommend.
I took my wife and grandson for a meal at Tsuki and we were very impressed. I am not a sushi eater but there were plenty of other options on the menu that looked very appealing. Our meals were excellent and the staff were fantastic. The owner’s wife was very patient with explaining the menu to us and even gave me some instruction in using chopsticks! We have no hesitation in recommending Tsuki to our friends. This is now one of our favourite restaurants and we will be back often.
Best sushi I have ever had! The tuna is very fresh tasting and it’s perfect size. Much better than the other restaurants in the hat, where tuna are fishy and of odd shape. I also recommend dinner set if you are not a sushi fan. It’s such a great value. I would say it’s top 3 restaurant in Medicine Hat.
I have enjoyed meals at Tsuki at least once a week since it opened. They still serve great sushi… and more. Friendly little place in Crescent Heights.

Delicous! Great value. This was better sushi than what I’ve had in Japan. We were very impressed by the textures and flavours of the food here. Everything was perfectly seasoned, and the presentation was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and hard working, and they gave us a great experience. We will definitely be coming back in the very near future. We recommend trying the miso soup to start, and you can’t go wrong with the nigiri or sushi. The specialty maki rolls are solid! We had a full course meal for 2 including saki (alcohol) for under $50. This place is truly a gem in Medicine Hat, and you need to eat here!
My sister, friend, and myself went here today for the first time. We were ready to order once our drinks came (so about 5 minutes later). There were about 3 other tables there either already eating or waiting for their food. I realize our order was fairly large and possibly time consuming but it took well over 30 minutes before we finally got our food. We would’ve preferred to at least have gotten a portion of our food (maybe the sushi first or something) but it all came at once. After finally being able to eat, seeing as we had already downed our drinks while waiting for our food and as it was very hot out, we were all getting thirsty. The waiter never once came around to ask how we were doing or to refill our drinks. In fact, other than the times he came walking by to give other tables their food, he never left his area at the front. My sister had to get up and go and ask for water. Someone else came and refilled our cups. This happened a second time. Nobody came to check up on us (they didn’t even look our way) so we had to ask for refills again. And because our waiter never even came by (not even to take our empty dishes away), he had no clue what food we had left over and had to ask when my sister got up (once again) to go and ask for our remaining food to go. Good food, bad service. The waiters were nice, but totally neglectful. Doubt I’ll be coming back anytime soon.
