A bunch of us just went down for lunch today. The food taste is AMAZING! The size that you get is a joke. An $8 salad didn’t even fill 1cup serving. The soup is tiny (about 5 spoon fulls). Way overpriced for the amount of food you get.

Well yet again I found myself with a group of people going somewhere I’ve never been. To be honest I was a little hesitant, not knowing quite what to expect. The short of it is that I enjoyed it. I advise you to try it out. Food: everyone enjoyed their food, and I loved the Panini that I had. The have various Paninis, pizza, a few sandwiches and salads. And then they have their cookies, which are pretty good. They have a full coffee bar so you can get your cafe-whatever-lattw-thing. A few bottles of pop from the brewery in Canmore. It’s a cafe type place, for coffee and a light meal, so don’t expect a full menu. Although the salad and soup portions seemed a bit small.Prices: a bit high, but remember you’re nothing getting a frozen hamburger patty. And you’re supporting local.Service was great. We ate and hung around for a while, and it seems thisnis the perfect place to do so. Order and pay at the counter, but the staff bring your stuff out to you. I nice open interior with some photographs of Medalta on the walls. Off sale goods consisting coffees, some condiments, teas, and other similar stuff. Nice wood tables and benches, and a patio. The store was pretty clean, although I did notice something that could be better, I won’t hold it against them. It’s the type of thing that nobody would ever notice unless you’re trained to look for it.I look forward to returning.

This place was awesome. Exactly the kind of place I would visit weekly if I lived in the neighborhood. Easy access from the trans canada high way, hand crafted cappuccinos and lattes, fresh and homemade goodness! The atmosphere is bright and clean and feels a bit country with a modern flair. Great little patio, cozy seating, reading material, and a small culinary gift shop. NOTHING to complain about!
