Love this place! Friendly service and great food. Gorditas are a family favourite for us. Fiesta always tops our list when we are getting home a little later from a busy day and need something quick and delicious.

Overall I was happy with my visit. I tried two different taco options and two different gorditas and other than one having hot dog meat in it (I believe aimed at kids) the flavors were there. The salsa and garnish station is diverse and tasty and the service was fast and informative. Not a bad option for Mexican food in the South.

Finally checked this place out today. It is spacious and clean inside and it is designed to be a fast food type joint. The ladies at the counter are very friendly and helpful. It looks like a family run business, very authentic. I ordered a chicken taco ($3.50) and a potato beef gordita ($3.75) and horchata ($1.95). Food is a bit expensive but the flavours are great. Chicken was very well seasoned the beef was okay. The salsa station was great! Horchata was a bit grainy but you get used to it. I would go back for the chicken tacos.

Have been anxiously waiting for Fiesta to open for weeks and I finally got to try it out on a Friday afternoon for some lunch. First I really like that they are making all of their tortillas and gorditas fresh in house, It really makes for a great taco. I also really like the fact you have a choice of corn or flour because I always like to mix it up. Do not expect to get a variety of options as they do only serve tacos, gorditas and a couple sides. Hopefully they add to their menu in the future.Unfortunately the first two kinds of meat I tried to order were not ready yet…at 12:30 I would think they would have their food ready for a lunch service but that was not the case. The place is new and they are probably still working on getting their timings correct. Fortunately all of their fillings are absolutely delicious. We were able to try 4 different fillings and all of them were very flavourful. We also ordered a side of their rice which wasn’t all that great. The flavour was minimal and the rice was definitely overcooked and mushy. They have a small station with some toppings you can add. This includes regular and pickled onions, cilantro, guacamole, salsa verde (fantastic!) and a slightly spicy peanut red sauce. I do wish they had a standard red salsa and a spicier hot sauce. I am hoping in the near future the topping station options will grow.I really love Mexican horchata (vanilla & cinnamon flavoured rice milk) and these guys make a darn good one. It was ice cold and refreshing even though you may not think of milk as refreshing. They also serve up a tamarind agua fresca if that is more your style.Overall the service was a little slow but very friendly and they did get our orders wrong but luckily it was all very tasty so we were not disappointed. I will definitely be coming back again and again.

Came in on opening weekend to check out the eats. Menu is primarily tacos and gorditas, with a couple of desert options, some sides, and home made agua frescas. Service is great, taco/gorditas fillings are delicious, tortillas are fresh made, and agua frescas refreshing and flavourful. Sides were good but the weak part of the meal, being a bit bland. Definitely a great start and looking forward to getting my taco fix nearby in the future!
