Reviews looked promising so we gave it a shot. We opted in for the BBQ at our table instead of the cooked in kitchen option. Menu showed raw meat for the meat items, photos were misleading. We received half-boiled meat to bbq. We still gave it a shot, it was gross. Never have I gone to a Korean BBQ place that served half boiled meat to bbq. It is just wrong and it’s a shame they would do this. Whether the meat was not fresh or they were worried we wouldn’t cook it properly, it is not right. We stopped eating, and paid for our meals. They then proceeded to say we have to pay for the leftovers we left. We immediately showed them how their menu shows raw meat for the bbq, and they were speechless and let us go. Service was ok, but the AYCE BBQ… Stay very far from it.
Talk about bad service. The servers look like they hate their lives. It’s funny that they give a 2 hr limit when the food takes 45 mins to come out per round. It will also be nice for them to inform you what has come out and what is still outstanding. We had miso soup come out an hour after we ordered it. The portions are also not consistent.
