I like the atmosphere here, I always eat in the lounge area and the service has always been great. Their food has always only been okay. I had the brie sandwich once a it is and the bread they served it on was way too dry and once as a wrap and the texture just didn’t work together. Their curry Was excellent, highly recommend it.Their sirloin burger was just a bit too salty, other than that, it was a burger, nothing that really stood out about it. I had their coffee toffee mud slide frozen dessert which is actually pretty good, and a huge sized portion. It’s not a bad place to eat at, would return again.
Not bad but nothing to write home about. Quesadilla was huge and delicious and served with a strawberry jam type dip that was to die for! Service was good but a tad sloe considering they weren’t very busy. Not much else on the menu I would rush back for but it was a nice lunch and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if asked to join someone there.
Phoenix Grill is a Moxies type restaurant with a pretty good menu with some interesting twists. I have been here many times and it has never disappointed me. Yes it’s a little pricey but that is typical of a place such as this and the quality of food is good. The service can be hit or miss as they employ quite a few young people. I almost always get the Santa Fe pizza…it’s unique and wonderful! Make sure to finish your meal with a coffee toffee mudslide pie, it really is to die for.
Great service, good food. Me and my folks came in for a Mother’s Day treat and it was busy but we were greeted almost immediately by a young waitress who was clearly very busy herself. We were greeted a second time by a lovely lady who found us a booth and got us seated. I later on realized that she was the owner, Mandy Achen. She was very sweet and catered to us right away, and mind you it was very busy. I ordered the Sirloin burger, which was amazing. The added mushrooms were absolutely delicious. My dad had the steak sandwich and my mom the tropical pizza. Pizza was so-so. According to my mother, the crust could’ve been crispier. But other than that, I was blown away by the amazing and fast service. I would definitely be coming back. 🙂
Disappointing. Always have had a great food experience there, but today it sucked, ordered chicken tenders and fries, no taste, fries were soggy, chicken was nothing special, must have been training new cooks, think I will pass next time.
Not very impressed…. I ordered the garden burger without any cheese.. And 45 minutes later, the server came out and told me that there is cheese in the actual veggie burger patty itself (that would have been nice to know when I ordered it..). Our server was quite new and I am normally very patient with new servers, but a more seasoned server would have caught this issue more quickly. Anyways, so he asked if I wanted to see a menu but at that time I knew that everyone else (5 other people) would be getting their meals so I just quickly asked for the Mediterranean salad. I realized that I should have ordered one of the noodle bowls without the meat instead.. Because the Mediterranean salad (without meat or feta) … Was pretty uneventful. Maybe it’s because I was excited for the original burger I wanted.. But I mean.. No olives? Couldn’t even shove some olives on top to make it more interesting?? Its literally called a Mediterranean salad.. And you know what they like in Mediterrane-a? Olives. Anyways..also the wrong soup was brought out for one of our orders.. (not a big deal but just the little things add up..) Also there was apparently something wrong with the deep fryer because all of the fries were soggy or soft. .. So whatever.. Overall, I just left the place feeling pretty pissed off. . Not going to go there again.. Also it’s Fricken so loud in there!!
Food and service. Excellent service and the food was delicious. Will definitely be going back.
