A lovely Greek restaurant! Quaint and friendly with a Greek styled decor. The hostess always comes out and greets you, chatting throughout your time there. Sometimes she even brings you gifts!! Cheers!! The saganaki, Greek salad, dolmades, dips and bread are so so tasty. Definitely be returning!

Nice little resturant in the corner next to the soon to be Lowe’s. The hostess owner was very friendly and outgoing. We had the appetizers platter for 2 and the gyros souvlaki. We really loved the gyros souvlaki with the fresh warm pita bread. I was than enthused about the platter which was $35. Too expensive for amiunt and quality. The calamari was fair with a few rubbery pieces.. my bifteki had a raw piece in the middle. There 2 small patties like a mashed meatball. The Tiro pitas were good. 2 domades were warmish. The bathroom was big but gross dirty and doubled as the cleaning closet. Big enough for couple of change tables but didn’t have one. I would probably return for the souvlaki $13 and do take out.

I was very disappointed after eating here. The menu was grossly overpriced and the food was mediocre at best.We ordered the Saganaki which came out sizzling and looked to be cooked well but it did not come with any pita bread. We had to order that separately and by the time that came the Saganaki was no longer hot.Our Chicken Souvlaki came and for 23 dollars I expected so much more. The chicken was dry and barely seasoned but the by contrast was over seasoned with what I believe to be turmeric. It too was dry. The roasted potato had a flavour to it that I can’t quite identify but it was not enjoyable. The entree also came with a helping of what I believe to be canned green beans in tomato sauce. The green beans were mushy and the sauce was uninspiring. The chicken Souvlaki also did not come with pita bread. We also had a side Greek salad which although heavy on the olive oil was not bad with the exception of the price. $8.95 for a side plate of Greek salad is nowhere near value for the money. After 2 souvlaki entrees 2 side salads and the Saganaki appetizer our bill came to a whopping 80+ dollars!!! That’s with no drinks. This is the worst value for Greek food I have ever had and the quality of the food was poor. I will definitely not be back.

A little disappointing when I ate here. While the food tasted okay, the portions seemed a little small for the amount that you had to pay. The Greek salad that they served in particular had small amounts of feta cheese and olive oil when compared to other salads from other restaurants.

Don’t order greek salad!. I went for lunch with a group of colleagues, and everyone ordered great looking meals for around $13. I ordered a greek salad for $13 (full size, and no option to add on any protein). When our meals arrived, my colleagues were all given HUGE portions of meat or wraps, which came with a serving of Greek salad on the side. I got what seemed like quite a small greek salad (for $13!!!) that was essentially the same size as their side greek salads. It was a blatant rip-off and incredibly frustrating. The worst part is that I tried to contact them about it and never received a response. I would not return there even though the rest of the menu seemed great, because not only did they over charge me for a salad, they weren’t willing to listen to the complaint.

Awesome!. My wife and I have enjoyed coming here for years. Always awesome. Consistency is what we get when we come here. Recently diagnosed with Celiac disease, we have had problems finding restaurants catering to my new dilemma. The chef, herself, took her time to explain and educate me on my menu choice. Friendly, newly renovated and always amazing food!Highly recommend it! Thank you Plaka!!!
