I called in to place a delivery order and they had what sounded like a 12 year old girl with a soft voice answering calls, I couldnt hear her and ask her to repeat herself more then once and I got a nasty oh my god like she is fed up with me, now I’m sorry I couldn’t hear your stupidvoice, but when you work in a costumer service industry you don’t act frustrated cause people can’t understand the soft fart that is your voice… Absolutely not using this service again.
The food is okay and the staff are really friendly. However, their food is a little too pricy for the portion, it’s definitely not worth the price.
Not good. The chicken was dry and overcooked. The fries were old and hard. The service was mediocre at best. I definitely will not be back to this location.
Pricey food for what you get but the chicken and ribs here are usually decent. It’s a chain so expect the same food. Has been better recently with regards to service than about a year ago
Processed Food – Place Falling Apart – Great Service. This place seems to be falling apart. The food we ordered was awful. It is all processed/frozen food you get there. It also seems like the restaurant’s major clientele are elderly customers over the age of 70. The restaurant serves old traditional food, but once you get a first bite, you quickly realize that it’s all processed/fast food style of food. Not authentic at all.
Pricey for what you get
Won’t be returning. Swiss Chalet is pretty pricy, was $34 for half chicken and a chicken with ribs meal (for two people). I had some of the ribs, and would never order ribs again from them. They didn’t taste good and I had it gave me the runs (EWWW)
