I’ve come here a couple of times and there’s always great service, the staff are very friendly! The food is not bad and you get large portions, especially for the share plates or platters. Meat is always tender and well cooked too. eatwithshar0n.com

Tried the fried catfish and calamari sandwich and… I like it! The service was excellent and the food came out quick. The food was great and I would definitely come back.
First time stopped by. Pretty chilled place. A little bit pricey but there’s no harm paying a little extra for good food. Will try out the rest of the items in their menu.
AMAZING! I’m not really a BBQ fan so when my friend suggested Memphis I was a little hesitant. That hesitation was quickly relieved. From the moment we stepped in we were welcomed by the most hospitable manager. He walked us through how to order, what to order, and answered every quirky question I had about the meat. The meal was fantastic. I actually contemplated picking up my plate and licking it. Best food and service I’ve had in a VERY long time. Im not from Edmonton but will definitely going back when I return.
Beef brisket was tender and delicious. Thought it should have been served hotter because the HVAC system cooled the room considerably. The manager explained the hot vs warm theory but it wouldn’t hurt to nuke it for us. Beans were good. Coleslaw was no hell. Service was good. We’d return.
I have been to Memphis Blues on 5 different occasions now, and the food has been very inconsistent. I have had some great tasting juicy cuts of meat on one visit that were very dry and tasteless on another visit. The one thing that I have noticed is the quality of service is improving exponentially. And you can tell that the owner is really trying to improve his business. Now if he could guarantee juicy consistently good tasting meat, I would frequent this establishment often. It’s not a very big restaurant, so seating is limited and you can see behind the service counter from most seats. Which is a plus. The staff is very friendly and polite and the amount of food you get on the platters is worth the cost.
