WORST Experience EVER. I went with my family last night to have dinner buffet.Owner was super rude and all the buffet items were 15 percent filled.Funny thing it is supposed to be Pizza Buffet, but there were not even single slice of pizza there. When asked the owner mentioned rudely that it will come later. We just left. I will never ever go there again

Independent resto in a neighbourhood with few of these. Obviously I see from reading the reviews that some people had trouble with the Groupon. These deals aren’t always easy for small independent restaurants to manage. Fact is, there are hardly any independent restaurants in Mill Woods (or southern Edmonton, for that matter), and these guys have a homey, genuine feel. I had the Greek pizza on my first visit and thought it was great. Plan to switch to these guys for my weekend pizza. Support the independent restaurants people, unless you want nothing but chains everywhere.

I visit with my friends at this place for first time. We all really enjoy the food and service. I wanna defiantly visit again and suggest everyone should try at least once.

Never going back!. We tried to use a groupon to celebrate my sons first day of school. We called for takeout and they refused to accept it. So we reviewed the groupon. We were told we could only use it on dine in buffet. The groupon add says nothing of this. AND it lists the regular menu items as options to purchase. No where does it say dine in only and no where does it say for buffet only. It does list no holidays but today isn’t a holiday! The groups q&a lists take out as being acceptable in more than one place. When we called back she was argumentative, refused to listen and wouldn’t give us a managers name. Their policy is not to give names. Wonderful service!!!So now were hoping to get our money back. I was really hoping for a local, great tasting family option, but nope. We won’t ever go there again!Way to ruin a very special day for our son. I hope people strongly reconsider going to such a place who changes the rules on their coupons last minute, scamming people left and right.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!. My guest and I had a coupon, which was presented upon arrival. We were informed we could only use this coupon towards the buffet and not the menu, which wasn’t noted on the coupon. We asked for coffee and only one of us received a coffee. Customer service was horrible. After almost finishing our meal, the waitress and/or possibly manager informed us that we now couldn’t use the coupon as it was only good during the week. After a dispute, she shouted at me in front of the other customers on how rude I was. The food in the buffet was bland and with very little flavor. There were basic salads and east indian dishes, but only a few pieces of pizza, which is why we came to the restaurant. The buffet was overpriced at over $15.00. A very bad experience and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Accept it, they suck.. Went here for pizza for the family, based on a flyer we received. The place was sweltering hot, so it was unbearable to eat-in, but that’s pretty normal for a pizza place in summer. The tables were dirty and some still not cleared:CLEAN FAIL. The Owner/cook was a little abrupt asking for our order, gruff is a good way to describe her. We came from out East so we’re accustomed to all kinds of characters running restaurants, no big deal to encounter another nutty owner, as long as they deliver where it counts: CLEAN, QUICK, TASTEY, CHEAP. Pizzas took nearly 45 minutes from the time we ordered, left, came back and waited some more:QUICK FAIL. They were small boxes for Large sized pizzas, and they strangely looked dried out:CHEAP FAIL. Took them home to discover 4 dried out dehydrated topping pizzas with crusts like thick cardboard, dried out sauce and no flavour:TASTEY FAIL. Those dirty tables were still not cleaned or cleared:CLEAN DOUBLE FAIL. It tasted like frozen pizzas that were re-heated, stale and dried, drizzled with oil to soften it up. They were greasy on the bottom, dried on the top. Pizza was awful. The kids didn’t even eat their fill like they usually do. I tried a piece of each and that was more that I could stand. We all agreed, even the kids, that we will neve buy that again. Simply terrible all the way round.
