Good food and good portions on the main dishes. Not really any food specials during the week which is disappointing. Half off wing night Thursday was underwhelming considering 7 wings came out – if it’s half off something it should come with the same amount as if you were paying full price on a regular night.

I have nothing bad to say about this State & Main. The restaurant is clean and modern with friendly service. The menu is very satisfactory. I had the lettuce wraps for lunch which was more than I could ever finish so I had it packed up. Delicious chicken, pecan and noodle filling!! It’s in a bit of an odd location for me but is great for a casual meal.

Great place to eat and drink with some awesome Pub food. Unfortunately it only gets a 3.0 because they do not have high chairs even when there is a restaurant section and a pub section. How is it that a neighbour hood pub in the suburbs where there are all new young families moving in not have high chairs. Makes no sense to me. Me and my wife always want to go to State and Main but its too hard as we can never go with our 1 year old. Very unfortunate.

Nice to have a neighbourhood pub nearby. Came in for the first time for lunch and was delighted to have been seated right away. Ambiance was inviting, clean and modern. Service was a tad slow considering it wasn’t busy. Had the mahi-mahi tacos and found that it was almost too bland. Great place to probably have a few drinks but not too sure I’ll go out of my way to come back for the food.

A trendy and nice new restaurant close to home! I like that we’ve never had to wait for a table, the service is always friendly and attentive, and every dish we try we are not disappointed. I tried the red Thai shrimp curry bowl and it was good however I would have enjoyed it more if it was spicy. The grilled chicken club sandwich is also good. Good sized portions!

We stopped in here to try somewhere new. Always happy to have a neighborhood pub to visit. Excellent service from Abby (very attentive and knowledgable) and an extensive menu to choose from including a full page of gluten sensitive options. Food arrived and it was delicious. We will be back.

We’ve been here for brunch, drinks and dinner and have always left happy. Nice atmosphere, good food and usually great service. We try and go back every couple of weeks.
