My new favorite Pho location :3. I have been to several Pho restaurants(mostly downtown, and northside), and I have to say that Pho 97 has the best tasting Pho I have tried so far. A lot of places don’t give very good service, charge more for their dishes, and the dishes don’t fully satisfy the tastebuds as if the broth is watered down, or the noodles are soggy. The broth here smells different from other restaurants..it smells more fresh…if you get what I mean. I can tell that they have prepared it properly because I notice the hint of star anise when I smell the broth. Unlike, Pho Hoa at 9723 106 Ave NW, downtown by hope mission. The place is clean because they had it renovated before opening the store, and are not prejudice towards their customers like Pho Song Huong, the other Pho restaurant right beside Pho 97. They value their customers, and the food they serve. I got my order to go the very first time I got from Pho 97, and they surprised me because they took the time to make sure that nothing would spill, and everything was there. They had it packaged, and ready to go within 10 minutes. So, if you’re looking for a restaurant that provides excellent service, and tasty Pho, look no further! (Plus, it’s not overcharged).
