Soooo bad. I order it because it go 4 1/2 stars on just eat and it was soo bad my green onion cake were so hard that we couldn’t bit them my lemon chicken had no chicken so I call to complain and the lady said it was my own fault because I order deep fryed food it was so bad that my two kids wouldn’t eat it with ketchup
Am i going to get my food?. So I ordered food. After almost 2 hours i Tried calling but they couldn’t find my order. And they said it was on its way.. And I haven’t gotten it. So.. I gave up. Might give it another chance some day.
Horrible service and tasteless food. I ordered 2 combo plates to be delivered and the food came and the combos were wrong for starters then we called to let them know and they argued with me and said I was wrong, then I proceed to look and there was no soy sauce, no utensils, no napkins, so we tried to eat the food and the almond chicken was soggy, and the food all taste the same with no flavour, I called them back and they told me to f off.
DEBIT now accepted for delivery orders. We are finally now accepting DEBIT for deliveries!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I phoned to order a tray of beef with gailan around 6:55 ish August 4/14 . The receptionist said there’s no gailan vegies. So I said OK I’ll call back in few minutes and the receptionist hang up so quickly banging the phone without even at least saying okay call us back when you are ready. So rude!!!!!
Favorite. We have been ordering Chinese food from here for over 5 years and will continue to order, sure sometimes the odd glitch happens but overall taste, delivery and price can’t be beat. I give it 4.5 out of 5
