Lovely hotel restaurant. Purchased a groupon and as an out of towner, I didn’t realize I was signing up for a hotel restaurant, otherwise, I may have passed it by. I’m glad I didn’t. This is by far one of the best hotel restaurant meals I’ve ever had. Great prices, very very very friendly service. I can’t get over how nice everyone was. We had an entre and dessert and both were fantastic (not hotel-iish at all). Next time I’m in Edmonton, I’ll make a stop back here!
A good meal overall despite some hiccups.. I purchased a Groupon for this after reading reviews and checking out the menu.Difficult to find, if you don’t have the address as there was no advertising outside and the restaurant is located inside the hotel. The dcor is modern, and the colors were nice. There is a variety of different seating, and we chose a booth type table however, it only had a place setting for two.Although this is a hotel restaurant, it was one of the better ones I have been to. The server did unfortunately forget to get us a 3rd place setting when we sat down, and they forgot when I asked for no ice in my drink. She also filled my girlfriends Mango Kiss a little to full, and spilled a little bit when bringing it to the table. Nothing drastic, or on her, but enough to make a little bit of a mess. We started with the Nacho’s, which were a little pricey considering there’s no meat so it’s just nacho’s, cheese, jalapeno’s and olives. We each had separate meals, although we could have easily shared. Coleslaw was excellent, as was the fries and the Caesar salad. We could definitely recommend this place, although it would generally speaking be more than I would normally spend, however the Groupon made it more reasonable.
Great Food, Great Service, Great Place.. Im a regular at this restaurant and have enjoyed every meal that has been set in front of me. I have never had a bad experience, and will not only continue to frequent this place. I am also happy to suggest Aqua to anyone. A MUST TRY!!!
Best food ever. I was there couple of weeks before and I had salmon and my friend has the avocado spring roll. All I can say is that it was one of the best experience ever.
Great place. Me and my wife went for dinner and food was one of the best I have had in a long time. I had the salmon and it was very tasty. My wife had the gluten free menu and again it was one of the best. Another great feature is the special kid menu. Server’s were excellent and fast.
Nice Surprise!. My husband and I were in the West end looking for something to eat. We stumbled upon the Aqua restaurant in the Courtyard by Marriott and were pleasantly surprised. It was a nice atmosphere with a great kids menu! We could occupy our son with the TV in the booths while we talked. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We recommend our friends to give it a try!
Dinner. I was there for Easter (we didn’t have the Easter buffet – which btw looked great; they had a kids bouncy castle too) and we set in one of the booths with TV. The service was exceptional, it was one Eastern European girls and the food was delicious. You should try their Salmon, one of the best I’ve had. I also noticed my friend’s huge quesadilla. Consider the open space of the restaurant when booking. All in all it was great, we will go back.
