AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. As soon as we got there the waitress was just so unpleasant! Making snarky comments from the beginning. I also saw how they treated other people in the restaurant. Worst customer service in my life. Food isnt great either. But the customer service is beyond my waitress in particular was just disgusting rude I even mentioned it to them they didnt even seem to bat an eyelid. Just go to Chinese buffet at 118. If you want good food and excellent customer service could learn a thing or two from them.
Upon a arrival I was greeted by a male server and was promptly seated to my table. There were many seats available and was asked for my drink order. When I arrived at the buffet table I quickly noted that much of the food was not restocked and most choices had hardly much left. I took what I could and ate my meal. I found that most of the food was edible but not really up to standard. The orange chicken was hard, as well as the ginger beef. The shanghai noodles flavour was lacking and found most the other food uneventful. If you’re looking for quality, this place isn’t to par, as well as the availability of food. I enjoyed the ice cream for the dessert, but that was about it. What really stood out though was the customer service from the servers. I tipped very decently for what I had paid, but will not return.
