Poor service. We went in only 4 tables in the restaurant and waited forty minutes for our second drink and to order food. The waitress wasn’t even polite when she came to our table. We were right by the front of the entrance. Food was good. Worst service we’ve had at a hooters location!
Hooter. Well I give hooter 1 star because my husband and I went fir our first time and we sat for 200 and not on person came to take our order they were standing in a group of 4 chit chatting and not worried about there customers so we left
Needs to improve. Went after 10 min a different waitress got ours. never got utensils even after asking 2 times. food mediocre. miss old locations service spoke to manager and she did what she can and felt like being listened to hopefully service is back to participate soon
Getting better!!. The growing pains of opening a new location are always a struggle. I was a good client at the old place and started going to the new Terra Lossa a few months back and the service and food was not up to their regular standards. It was resolved after speaking up about it. I commend the other patrons who spoke up as well, and the management for listening and bringing the standards back up. I like it there and enjoy the food and service now. Dont let them slip again, voice your concerns.
Hot Wings. The food was great when they remade it. It was cold to start. Talked to the manager Courtney. She was very rude and was very confrontational. Will probably not return because of it
Not about to go into detail, waited 40 minutes at our table, not even our appetizer came. Disappointed. We left without eating
Visiting Edmonton on holiday so decided to try it out with my brother. Had boneless chicken in honey garlic sauce with curly fries. The food was absolutely gorgeous, the beer was nice and classic rock was playing. Perfect all round there. The girl serving us was very courteous and prompt with out food. She was also very easy on the eye 😉 herself and a few of the other girls even posed for photos with us. I’d give it 10 out of 10 and cannot speak highly enough of the food, staff and atmosphere
