Absolutely disgusting! The restaurant smelled, the food was watery-slimy asked for my omelet to be well-done, it slid off the plate it was so runny. Water stunk of dirty water – feces smell – even with a lemon in it! Pancakes were gummy, no flavour to the gravy, hamburger was burnt! When we complained we got an argument – felt physically sick for two days after. Never returning, never wasting my money, never recommending.
We went to Pat & Mike’s Family Restaurant unexpectedly and have to say this place has a good character to it. We had their breakfast and it was really good. This place is not a fancy place like many others but will give you good quality food which will satisfy you. I will definitely suggest this place to all my friends and colleagues.
Interesting place that has character! The restaurant is an older restaurant that has not been renovated in awhile so if you are looking for something fancy this not for you. On the other hand if you are looking for simple food and friendly service at a fair price, this place will deliver.
Good food.. Went for a breakfast adventure on Saturday. Ended up here as we had stuff to do in that part of town. The place was busy for a pre 9 am crowd.The menu is pretty standard breakfast fare and after seating ourselves it took a few minutes to order. The food came quickly and was good but not outstanding in any way. There was plenty of food – but not coffee. I had two coffees, one when I walked in and one when I was nearly done.For breakfast, this is a pretty standard restaurant serving good, but not great food at a good price.
Wife and I had very good reasonable priced breakfast! Comfortable atmospere! Will be back for sure!
The food is good once you get it. They have the slowest kitchen. I’ve waited over a half hour for a breakfast order.
