The service was excellent, however this was one of the worst meals that I have had in recent history. I had the MVP burger and garlic mashed potatoes. The burger was literally drowning in mayonnaise. I bit into the burger and sauce shot all over my hands and out of a hole on top of the burger. The garlic mashed potatoes were cold and when. Sent them back they returned cold. The texture of the potatoes was very strange. Perhaps instant potatoes with chunks of real potatoes thrown in.
New renovated Boston pizza on the main strip in okotoks. Our service was really pleasant and the restaurant wasnt too busy on a Sunday afternoon. The shrimp tacos were really good but my side of spaghetti was subpar and oddly served. The Bolognese was served next to the dry pasta in a condiment dish and was like warm at best.
I’d like to review the food here, if I’d had the chance! My wife, three kids and I arrived here at 1:00 on a Saturday. After waiting 15 min to be seated in the half empty restaurant, we decided what we wanted and waited. And waited. The kids and my wife were already hangry. We watched as several servers bussed tables and cleaned empty booths. The waitress in our area spent about ten straight minutes helping one table with a gift card and didn’t speak to any of the other tables around us the entire time we were there. We were not spoken to once, weren’t even glanced at. After about 25-30 minutes, we decided to go elsewhere, with the logic that if it took this long without being asked for a drink order, lunch would take forever. My wife told one server she found that we were leaving because we hadn’t been spoken to in half an hour, and the girl said ‘Oh. sorry.’So we won’t be back.
Needs a complete revamp. I honestly believe people keep coming back for the food. The pizza crust has always been one of the best on the market and their chicken thai bites keep me on the hook at least once a year but ohhhhh the run down carpet, old chairs, worn tables and horrible service. Prices are way above the food quality and portion size is way below price range. It stays open so somebody keeps coming back but even BP’s has to have felt the other restaurants opening up around them.
If you’re looking for a good time on a weekend or wing night, this is the place to come. Good crowd always ready to giver. Bartender is the best in town, nicest waitresses and the management is always willing to accommodate any request and takes any problem very seriously. Just wish they’d put the cheesesteak back on the menu.

Both the customer service we’re excellent. The restaurant it’s self needs a desperate renovation considering the high food prices.
