I really do like the place but the portion size of their goodies is just unreasonable for the price. Take some of the icing off the sugar cookie, increase the size and keep your price…nobody loses that way. We go as a rare treat until the prices drop on their treats my kids go to 7-11 with their allowances. The young blonde girl is very personable and always has a smile for the kids.
I have had the chai latte a few times and each time it just tasted like warm milk. I have attempted to try the food, but every time I try to order something, they are either out of what I want, or they don’t have any ready.
They didn’t have a single cake in the shop. Or a brownie or cookie. They did have an over abundance of ice cream sandwiches. Which is odd because its November and minus -5 outside. They also have way too many cupcakes on hand. On top of that the counter person was rude and obtuse. I wouldn’t recommend this bakery its overpriced and the quality is the same as a supermarket. I would suggest hiring actual skilled workers.
I love this place, it is a tad expensive but it’s worth it. I had been going here for a year and a half now and I have to say I enjoy coming here and I’ve decided they make the best cheese buns.
The best bakery iv ever been too!!. This place is the bomb! finally a REAL place to eat lunch and treats. i eat here almost everyday.. best soup and sandwich in okotoks! yes its pricey but real food cost more, and they make it from scratch! i was extra happy when i found out their meat is from hersche fraser . and they get eggs and veggies from a local hutterite colony that doesnt use herbicied or anything nasty like that! Local buisness supporting other local buisness is the way to go! people complaining about price need a reality check! its common sense real food cost more… and iv never had a problem with staff. always friendly and welcoming when i go … I recommend this place 100x best bread ever!! ….. im drooling just thinking about it
Very slow (25 minutes) to get 3 sandwiches and a soup. very expensive for what you get. not very friendly.
Horrible and over priced. Called to order a cake. Over heard the owner on the phone tell the staff member that answered the call that she could not do the cake but was extremely rude about it!!! This is the second time i have tried to order a cake and she could not do it, seems more like she just didn’t want to. The cake was priced at $175.00!!!All the products are extremely over-priced!!!
