I love Dairy Queen, but I hate this Dairy Queen. It closes way too early, they rarely get the order correct, the food is cold, they never remember to give you the sundae vouchers, and it’s a bloody ice box in there all the time. I can never take my coat off in there and I’m pretty sure they could store their ice cream in the bathrooms it’s so cold. The last time I was there it was filthy and they blocked off the bathrooms 30 mins before their already early closing time. (See photos)
Always closed early. You’ll see milk crates closing the drive thru early and continually before closing. No other chain does this…it’s a go away we want to home message!

Needs BIG Improvements. Absolutely the worst DQ in southern Alberta dry burnt cold burgers constantly. Never again..I have given this location too many chances to prove they are DQ quality.

Inconsistent. I have been to this particular Dairy Queen probably a dozen times every single time I order the same thing and every time it is different. I always order a smarties blizzard sometimes hey put chocolate syrup in it sometimes they do not but this last time they had put so much in it was dark brown and beyond disgusting, also they forgot the smarties. I really think they need to either have regulations on this lie a specific mount for each item or perhaps train the staff better. It s so frustrating because you never know until you get home and then it’s too late and with the prices they charge I do expect it to be right every single time, it’s really not hat hard if your messing up a Dairy Queen order how do you even function in regular life it’s not rocker science.. After this last time I will never go back and if I do I’ll be going in and telling them step by step what to do.
