Ok food, unreliable service & hours. I took my two young sons to Jojo’s two weeks ago, after checking that they were open until 5pm on their website. We arrived at 4:50pm to be told that they stop taking orders at 4pm.So the week after we tried again, arriving at 3:55pm. This time they said they had stopped taking orders at 3:45, when we questioned this, they didn’t seem to care at all about what they had said the week before just stating they were closed. They displayed an astonishing lack of Customer Service, even when we spoke to a member of the management, and yet again I had two unhappy boys. We had quite enjoyed going there through the summer despite very slow service, but we will never go again and if you want reliable service and opening hours I recommend you do not try Jojo’s Cafe.
