WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!. Spent 30 minutes outside in the cold waiting for the debt machine to work. My card was charged 3 different times for the wrong amount after the delivery guy had left. Then received a call saying they were coming back and I would have to go through the process again but they never showed up. Took my complaint to the owner who threatened to go to the RCMP and accused me of stealing the pizza. He continued to argue after showing him proof of the transactions on my bank statement. The owner was nothing but rude and ignorant. All he wanted was his $16.00 for the cold pizza and disregarded my poor experience completely.

The employees at this Pizza Hut have no concept whatsoever of customer service, I made an order that I always make they screwed it up and then blamed me for the order mix up, I said check my order history and see that I order the exact same thing almost every time.Instead of making it right they just insisted on arguing with me so I demand is a refund, meanwhile my pizzas getting cold.The pizzas not even really that good in this Pizza Hut Chain of franchises.This location has a lot to learn from the Airdrie Pizza Hut location they make an excellent pizza in their customer service is awesome.
Terrible. Have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt numerous times but how hard is it to get an order correct. The last and final time I will ever go there, they messed up the pick up and delivered it to have the delivery person swear at my child who stated i went to pick up the pizza. They don’t seem to care about the customer what so ever! They will never see a penny from me again.
Went from a lover to a hater in one meal. Took family out and we were one slice from being done when I realized my teenager had not received his calzone. Waitress apologized, I asked for it to be given to us as we were ready to leave she goes and gets 18yr old useless manager that proceeds to inform us that he only has the authority to give us a free order of brownies??!! Only an owner that has no concern for customer satisfaction would leave a manager with little to no authority. I laughed at the offer and told him we would not be back. And we won’t….

Predictable pizza. I enjoy going there for your average pizza that is served hot and in a timely fashion. My children like it and its consistent. If you are looking gourmet, i would’t suggest it, but if you are looking for fast, fresh and child friendly, then I would say Pizza Hut is a safe bet.
