Love the pizza and the unique flavours. Generally dont have great consistency though in there meals. Find the pasta in general to heavy. Good service otherwise and still go when we cant think of other options in town.
We ordered from here once and never again, the salad was inedible, the pizza not good at all, the pasta was the only ok dish. Not sure how it has so many good reviews! I picked the food up, was told 20 mins, had to sit there and wait another 20, there were 2 other orders and no one seated, not sure what the issue was but we def won’t try it again.
This restaurant seats ~20 and was nearly full when we arrived – they appear to have steady movement. I was surprised that they don’t serve sparkling water and we settled for tap. The wine list is very minimalistic; they serve bottled cocktails and beer. The server was friendly and checked in with us regularly during our visit. We tried the bruschetta, fettuccine alfredo and Anthony’s Gnocchi (which has sliced Spolumbo italian sausage and mushrooms in a non-descript cream sauce). The ample sauce was a little too generous for me and the fettuccine was beyond al dente. The bruschetta was nice but not your traditional fresh chopped fare. The garlic toast was great. We also tried the pizzaberg pizza and found it to be the best item of our adventure (that would explain their take out service). I might suggest a corkage fee so one could bring wine from home but I fear the cuisine would not warrant it.
