They CHARGE EXTRA for their food when it’s delivery vs eat in or take out!!! The kids meal went from $6.99 to $8.79 for delivery, a chicken salad, $12.49 to $13.99 AND they CHARGE A DELIVERY FEE!!!! I’ve never heard of anything so ridiculous, many of our local restaurants, who charge the same weather you eat in out or deliver, also have free delivery. NEVER again will we support this type of robbery, I’d rather give to local small businesses anyway and this has encouraged us not to eat at this chain!!
Take Out has always been perfect. I buy for my workers once / week for lunch and it has always been perfect. Fast service, food (chicken, ribs and pasta) has always been delicious. Chicken soup is still the fan favorite! I have eaten inside the restaurant only once, and the service was exactly how it should be – fast, friendly and no mistakes.

First time dining at Swiss chalet. I had the chicken sandwhiche covered in gravy and the better half had burrito. I think she made the better choice. He chicken was horribly chewy and dry. How that was even possible I don’t know. Even walmart can roast a chicken better. The fries just tasked like McCain frozen fries. No taste at all. Really guys, taste your own food and ask yourself would you be happy eating this, would you be proud to take your mother here? You could do far better. The only redeaming factor was the friendly server, she’s saving your bacon. I hope you reward her well.
Delicious!. Every time I order from Swiss chalet I’m happy. However, I’ve just moved to okotoks, and this is the first time I’ve ordered from here. I am impressed! My order was exact, and so hot I burned my fingers while digging into my chicken! I’m full, and very happy! Thank you!
Consistently good. I am not a regular but do stop in on occasion, when I want chicken for dinner. I have never been disappointed in this restaurant. The food is consistently good, the servers are attentive and the value for the dollar is good or better than most. I highly recommend.
Blood Pressure alert. Went for dinner last night about 6:30 pm. Ordered the Artichoke dip as an appy. You could actually knock the salt off of the nacho chips they served it with. Ordered the 1/4 chicken dinner white meat portion. The chicken was dry as all get out, the fries were the same as the nacho chips. I think it is going to take me a week to have normal blood pressure again from the amount of salt. You would think that’s main item sold is chicken would actually serve you a good chicken dinner but I guess not. I won’t be back.
