My wife and I stopped in for dinner at this establishment as we were passing through on our way to BC. The food was so so, the esthetics of the place was nice enough but what bothere us both about our experience was the total lack of professionalism we witnessed from some of the staff. Our waitress was great, she was friendly and personable and provided great service to us. She busted her butt off and was basically treated like a piece of shit by who I am guessing is the supervisor or mgmt. we were totally appalled at how this young lady was treated and the fact that the manager behaved this way in front of customers. Needless to say we were not impressed with this and hope our waitress knows that she is an excellent server. Whoever owns this place should consider getting better people to run the place, specifically choose someone with some people skills. This manager looks like she hates her life and her job there. She should look for something different because she sucks at what she does and looking at her sourpuss face is a miserable sight. Never going back,

The bartender was very nice and not complaining about the fact that she had no tables and was going at 9 nmmm that’s nice of her then I saw the manager waiting behind a staff member at the posi ( the computer they use lol) waiting for her turn you could tell this girl was new because she was slower then usually . the manager rolled her eyes and moved to the next machine wich the other veteran waitress fallowed and the had a fast banter about the girl .. I thought that was rude isent the manager there to support and help ?? Anyways not impressed w leadership probably won’t be back 🙁
I’ve been going here sense the place opened, and it’s always had good service with great food, this place would be great to bring the family too and have a good time with a pub like food menu. I have always been satisfied with this place it has good food for a good price.
Don’t waste your time. Overpriced beer, crappy service, boring food.
Decent ambience. Pleasant and quick service. Food was meh. We all had fish and chips. Fries were not good, both potato & sweet potato. Fish was ok. Lots of better options for pub food elsewhere.
Horrible.. Worst service and food I have ever had….. I sent my French onion soup back because it was cold and got it back straight out of the microwave. I’m pretty sure our server was on meth. No wonder it’s empty when we arrive at 12:30. Steak sandwich tastes like dog food….I won’t go on….. Just STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Not very impressed with this place. The food is overpriced and subpar quality. The atmosphere is lame compared to the glory days of the Willy. It’s a damn shame this excuse for an establishment took over and killed a great place and historical part of our town.
