Amazing pizza please do not eat in the lounge. My girlfriend and I went for dinner to sit in Tom’s on the lounge side. I have never had such a bad experience with a horrible server that should have a different job. She was a heavier set women who was swearing, taking orders and checking tables with her Tim Hortons coffee in hand, as well as sitting on the VLT’s while working. It took us about 40 minutes to get our pizza due to the fact that she forget to put the order in. She would sit down with customers and make them uncomfortable and ask them why they were not getting drunk tonight. I cannot believe Tom’s employs a server like this . We used to be regular customers and will never return to the Okotoks location. We will drive 30 minutes in town just to avoid her. By far the worst dining experience I have had.
